Throughout the COVID-19 lockdown we have been providing Qi Gong lessons online through Zoom at no charge. The only requirement is that students are on Roz Gadd’s mailing lsit to be sent the invite links for the Zoom meeting each week. Recordings are provided after each lesson here too so you can practice your Qi Gong patterns whenever you want.
