Classes

QiGong classes are now running online through Zoom. We will be recommencing face to face classes when appropriate; but don’t worry, these will be streamed too. Join Roz’s mailing list so that we can send you an invitation ready for the next class which are on Wednesdays at 11am. Don’t worry if you can’t make the live class as we upload the lesson recordings, which you’ll have access to.

If you would like to join in with Qi Gong classes, sign up to Roz Gadd’s mailing list, here.

Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions. We do our best to recommend moves for and accommodate any health issues you may have. We’re yet to meet someone who can’t do QiGong, be it from a bed, or sitting position. For those who are thinking it sounds too easy for them, fear not, QiGong is as hard or as gentle as you make it- for martial artists it can help balance, breathing and power. It’s not unknown for fit people to exit QiGong looking like they’ve just done a cardio work out, along side their reenergised 90 year old class mates.
